If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund. All returns require you to contact us first in order to get a return authorization. There is a 15% restocking fee for items that are not returned in their original packaging, or items that are returned incomplete (an example of an 'incomplete' return is an item returned without the hardware with which it came). Any restocking or nonrefundable shipping fees that are to be deducted from your final refund will be discussed with you prior to us authorizing the return.

Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund.

All clearance items are final sale 'as-is'. These items will not be eligible for a refund, and are not covered under warranty.

Once delivered to our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for your return and refund to be processed. Once processed, we will initiate a refund to the form of payment used on the original order, which may take 24-48 hours to appear on your end.

Original shipping charges are not refundable as a part of your refund.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, though we try to get orders shipped out as fast as possible. You may reach out to request a cancellation or edit, but please note that, once the order begins the fulfillment process, we can no longer accommodate a cancellation or edit.
